Returns and Guarantee Information

We are pleased to offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products. Should a product not be right for you, then please email us at support@ohmcomms.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns number. Please include your name, company name if applicable, address, contact number and email, serial number of the product and reason for return in the email.

We are also happy to offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. Should you experience a fault with your product, please email us at support@ohmcomms.co.uk and we will provide you with a returns number to return the product for analysis.

Products being returned for any reason other than a fault must be in new condition to qualify for a refund, and carriage is the responsibility of the customer. Ohm Communications cannot be held responsible for loss or damage incurred in transit, so please ensure that your product is sent using a tracked service with an appropriate level of insurance cover.
