We provide a full technical support service for both our customers and for customers who have previously purchased conversation recorders from Crucible Technologies. We offer unlimited free telephone support for the first month of ownership, and email support thereafter. This includes free downloads of all purchased software, user manuals and troubleshooting guides. We also have a comprehensive store for any replacement parts you may require.

 

As a small company, we request that you try to solve any problem you may have using our online troubleshooting guides in the first instance. Should you be unable to resolve your issue online, then please fill in the support request form, and specify whether you would prefer email or telephone support, and we will contact you within 24 hours. Our support department is open during office hours Monday to Friday, with out-of-hours support available by prior arrangement.
